ABOUT
The National Bar Association Political Action Committee (NBA PAC) is a separate, voluntary committee that collects contributions from National Bar Association members to support candidates and incumbents from both sides of the aisle who support issues of importance to the National Bar Association. The NBA PAC is registered with the Federal Election Commission. The NBA PAC is funded by voluntary contributions. You have the right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. Contributions will be used for political purposes.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals who contributions exceed $200.00 in a calendar year. The recommended contribution amount is only a suggestion. You may give more or less than the suggested amount. The National Bar Association will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount of their contribution of their decision not to contribute. Contributions to the NBA PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.
You must be an active NBA Member to contribute to the PAC.
